Chia and Oat Bircher Bowls with Anxietea

(Serves 4-6)

Start your day with a wholesome and delicious chia oat bircher bowl.  This nutrient-packed breakfast is made with a base of chia seeds and oats and soaked in our Anxietea Herbal Tea Blend. Top with fresh fruit and yogurt and finish with a drizzle of pure maple syrup.

Whether you’re on the go or taking it slow, this breakfast will leave you feeling nourished and calm for the day ahead.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 4 tablespoons LSA (ground linseed, sunflower and almonds)
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 5 cups Anxietea

Method:

  1. Add the oats, chia, hemp seeds and flax seeds to a large jar along with the cinnamon.
  2. Pour tea over the oat mixture and stir well.
  3. This can be eaten after 30 minutes or kept in the fridge for 4 days, serving up as you need it for a fast and easy breakfast.
