From Breakfast to Bedtime: Creative Ways to Enjoy Hemp Milk

Hemp seeds are widely regarded as the world's most nutritious seeds because they're a rich source of heart-healthy fatty acids, plant-based protein, essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulphur, calcium, iron and zinc. Blending hemp seeds together with our Hemp Relief Tea creates a gorgeously creamy, grounding and relaxing plant based milk with multiple uses.

Add this milk to your favourite breakfast cereal such as porridge or granola or create a delicious hot or cold drink to enjoy any time of day.

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  3. We didn’t bother to strain the milk, however you can strain through a muslin cloth if you would like to reduce the sediment in your milk.
