Mental Wellbeing Challenge

"Nurturing yourself is not selfish - it's essential for your wellbeing"

Sometimes, we need a little bit of a loving push when it comes to looking after our mental wellbeing. With that, we have put together a short yet impactful challenge that we encourage you to take part in!
Below you will see a weeks worth of small mindful tasks that you can complete one per day. There is no pressure or guilt if you miss a day - If you choose to give it a try, that's all we ask!



Mindful Tasks

Day One
Take a warm shower or bath. Use your favourite products, and take your time. There is no rush.
Day Two
Stretch for 5 minutes. You can do this first thing in the morning or at the end of your work day. There are plenty of helpful youtube videos if you're a little bit stuck on what to do.
Day Three
Go for a mindful walk. It doesn't have to be long, but try to really take in the fresh air and the beautiful Autumn colours around you.
Day Four
Have your favourite drink, snack, or meal. Allow yourself to just enjoy it for what it is, because you deserve a little treat!
Day Five
Do a 5 minute meditation. Youtube will be your best friend with this one!
Day Six
Write 3 things that you are grateful for. It can be things about your day, your week, or anything in general!
Day Seven
Watch your favourite show or movie. A favourite movie from your childhood, or a new TV show - anything that'll make you happy!
